Cool Penghys are Penguins with put cool sun-glasses and spiky collars on their neck. They are always act cool and listen to hard rock and dress up like rock stars. They cause very much mischief and do many pranks. They are also very good at snowball fights, and are menaces on Ice. They need to stay in places with cold temperatures like Mouseetundra, they are sensitive to heat. They usually eat any kind of fish, like penguins do.

Cool Penghy will bump into a Siter while sliding on it's belly on Ice, dealing 700 damage and knockback. Range: 18
