Energy is is the energy that is given to Siters who use magic in battle! This Energy is also for Siters who are magical beings. Siters with Energy:

This Energy takes less damage from elemental effects and their current cooldown number ( -2) in battle gets lower if they are hit by Energy Siters skills. Siters also are immune to Simp Effect.
